At Back To Nature, we take pride in creating personalized, eco-friendly products just for you. Due to the customized nature of our work, we generally do not offer returns or refunds. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we want to ensure your satisfaction.

Please review the following points to see if you qualify for a return or refund:

  1. Damaged Products During Shipping: If your order arrives damaged, we're happy to remake it for you. To be eligible, please record an unboxing video and send it to us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.

  2. Full Refund for Damaged Products: In case you receive damaged products and prefer not to have them remade and reshipped, we'll issue a full refund.

  3. No Refunds for Change of Mind: We regret that we cannot offer refunds if you simply change your mind after placing an order and making the payment.
